How to request deletion

1. Send an email to riseandfeed@myteams.no with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. Send it from the email address linked to your account, or include your creator username or creator code so we can locate your records.
3. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, and email you when it is done. There is no cost.

You can also remove all data stored on your own device at any time by uninstalling the app or using the reset option in the app’s Settings.

What is deleted and what is kept

Creator account (username, email, profile, bio, social links)	Deleted
Creator content (images, recipes, tips, articles) and creator applications	Deleted
Anonymous device-registration records (device ID, push token, platform, app version) and usage-event logs	Deleted
On-device data (feeding logs, baking records, wizard progress)	Never leaves your device — removed when you uninstall or reset the app
Purchase / subscription records	Managed by Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat under their own policies; retained by them as required for billing, tax and legal obligations. We store no payment details.
Encrypted server backups	Purged on the normal backup rotation, no later than 30 days after deletion
Aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot be linked to you	May be retained
